Eltham Wildcats offers members the opportunity to get involved with the club through a range of retail and customer-facing roles. These opportunities include canteen staff, uniform shop assistants, and bar staff.
By joining our Retail Pathway, you’ll gain valuable real-world experience while contributing to our vibrant game-day atmosphere.
During the NBL1 season, Eltham Wildcats operate a temporary restricted event licence to sell alcohol at our NBL1 home games.
Throughout this period (typically late March through to August), we require staff to assist with running the bar. This role is a great opportunity to build on the listed development experiences while also gaining practical skills in customer service and the responsible service of alcohol.
All staff receive on-the-job training and are paid award rates.
To join the Eltham Wildcats bar team, you need to hold a current RSA certificate and be over 18+. No prior experience is required.
