Eltham Wildcats offers members the opportunity to get involved with the club through a range of retail and customer-facing roles. These opportunities include canteen staff, uniform shop assistants, and bar staff.
By joining our Retail Pathway, you’ll gain valuable real-world experience while contributing to our vibrant game-day atmosphere.
Eltham Wildcats manage our uniform store at Eltham High School.
The uniform store operates fortnightly on Friday evenings and Saturdays during the day, with additional hours available at the start of each basketball season.
In this role, alongside the listed development opportunities, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, cash handling, and stock management building valuable retail and workplace skills in a supportive community environment.
All staff receive on-the-job training and are paid award rates.
To join the Eltham Wildcats Uniform team, no prior experience is required.
